Shipping & Returns
Free shipping. Every order, no minimum.
No threshold to hit, no cart-padding, no adding a luggage tag you don't want to get over the line.
30 days to change your mind.
Order it, pack it, unpack it, decide. If it's not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You don't have to tell us why... though if you want to, we'd like to know.
2-year warranty.
If something breaks that shouldn't have, we fix it or replace it. Wheels, handles, zippers, shells. That's what the drop tests and the 8,000-cycle zippers are for — this is just us putting it in writing.

Out in the Wild
Cosmetics always on the hook
Layered sections for skincare, cosmetics and the toothbrushes, with a waterproof lining and wet-dry separation. It hangs open on a hook, which means a hotel counter stays a counter instead of becoming a staging area for four people's things.
One to pull, not three to carry
The duffel slides onto the suitcase handle and rides there. All three pieces in the same color, decided once. No hunting for a duffel that matches the suitcase you already own.
Parts You'll Actually Notice
Set into the shell so the face stays flush. Nothing catches on a bin edge or a conveyor, and screening can open it with their own key.
A one-piece handle formed into the shell, not screwed on. It's where your hand goes lifting the case into a trunk, and there's nothing to work loose.

The dual-row 360° spinner wheels make a fully packed suitcase easier to steer through airports and hotel lobbies. The grip moulded into the underside also makes lifting easier when loading the car or picking up checked luggage.
